Description
Taking a step back in time, we finally explore the events leading up to the birth and demise of the first Ghost of Africa, Tyreana the Masaai half-blood. Little is known about Tyreana other than how she was Kaleya’s first love.
The epic unfolds through time. It has been over a year since Kaleya woke up in the middle of the forest with no memories. After the loss of his first ever friend, Yandikani, Kaleya shuts himself off from the rest of the world and decides to become the force we know today so that nothing like what happened to Yandikandi should ever happen again. But fate is a cruel mistress and he finds himself wrapped up in countless people’s lives such the first tribe of tribeless created by MK and King Simasiku, the elder of spirits who had adopted him into the tribe of elders, and finally, Tyreana.
Kaleya finds himself facing off against the Queen of the Dead as he attempts to undo the effects of his past decisions. But he is not alone, by his side stands Tyreana, Mayakani, and the Slave King: a master of the lost arts so proficient, he earned himself countless titles. The Slave King was a strong-willed half blood whom, because he was born with no arms, he developed a natural affinity to using the lost arts in ways no one else could by drawing upon them and using them to create arms. This is what made him truly special and a worthy foe and ally for Kaleya.
