Description
The story continues. Following the events of volume 1, Ghost Tribes: The Ghost of Africa. Likando has turned down a dark path, MK searches for forbidden secrets, and Kaleya is lost to the torrents of the abyss.
It has been weeks since Likando’s betrayal and MK was left to clean up the mess. Miaze has inherited the Lozi tribe throne as it was always meant to be but a dark cloud looms. Following the death of the tyranical King Simariku, the Council of Paramounts has decide to finally exact their judgment upon the Lozi tribe for their crimes against the tribal system. Dealing illegal abominations, the formation of a tribe for tribeless, disrupting the tribal system, and many more. All of these have been deemed illegal by the council of paramounts. But why wait until King Simasiku’s death, you may ask? Because King Simasiku was the closest thing to a thoroughbred on the face of the Great Continent. Not even an army of hybrids could take him down as easily. With him out of the picture now, the Council of Paramounts can cast judgment upon the Lozi tribe for their war crimes.
MK has fled the Lozi tribe and seeks help from his own people. But upon his arrival, he learns of a sinister secret that his brother Danisa had been keeping. This leads MK down a dark path. He seeks the help of non other than the eccentric and charismatic Bakari Faizah, third hybrid prince of the Swahili tribe. What secrets will MK uncover?
Meanwhile, after she abandoned her post as Queen of the Lozi tribe, her reasons are shrowded in mystery, Likando goes down a dark path believing herself to be on the right path. Only time will tell whether her betrayal of her people, her family, and her lover yields results.
At the same time, Kaleya, wonders through the ether as his soul slowly passes from life to the in-between realm of death. Fueld by a brokenheart, he wonders whether everything he had lived for was worth it and what path awaits him in the realm beyond purgatory. Little does he know that he is finally about to learn the secrets behind his lost memories and is about to come face with the true architects of his dispair.
